In 1958, Alaska became a state.
In 1981, Sandra Day O'Connor was appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by Ronald Reagan.
In 2004, Kenneth Lay was indicted for the Enron scandal, AND
YOU WERE BORN!!!! Happy Birthday!
P.S. I didn't know all that, I looked it up at history.com. They also started building Hoover Dam on your birthday...so wow! Hoover Dam...that's really something. ;>)
